To our veteran community and families,
We now have surveys open for your use. It is our hope that this
information can show a truer pictured of veterans' status regarding
health issues and benefits. There are categories for different eras
of veterans (Vietnam, Gulf War, OIF, OEF...), so that all eras of
healthcare and benefits are included.

There are 5 categories of surveys which cover everything from
effects of illnesses on homelife, family, and job, to types of
exposures and types of health conditions, mental health issues,
benefits issues, and lastly-- a page where you may comment on
suggestions and complaints.
We ask that you sign in at the top of each survey form. This will
allow you to save your answers, make changes and come back to your
form at a later time to finish if you don't feel like completing it
in one sitting.
No personal identification is needed, and we do not use any
information for marketing or spamming. Email addresses are used
only to verify the validity of each survey submitted and results are
publicly viewable.
The government, as well as the IOM (Institute of Medicine) uses only
a sampling of veterans' numbers and issues in their surveys and then
the survey results are known only to them. Participate and be
counted in the areas of veterans' concerns that are important to
us! Share this information and link with your other veteran
communities, as well.

Please help us obtain the true numbers of sick veterans by completing ALL FIVE surveys. You may complete these surveys at your leisure by registering, which will allow you come back to the surveys at a later time and change your answers as your health and/or family/marital situations change. |
